Sleep Mist contains a natural relaxing blend of oils for a light room or body mist infused with a calming blend of Lavender, Mandarin, Roman Chamomile, and Valerian pure essential oils traditionally used in aromatherapy for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with sleeplessness including mild insomnia, nervous tension, stress, and mild anxiety.
